This Disclaimer applies to the Nurse Moves mobile application and the website at https://nursemoves.com (together, the "Services"), operated by Nurse Moves LLC ("Nurse Moves," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read it carefully before using the Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to everything described below.
General Wellness Purpose
Nurse Moves is a wellness and burnout-recovery platform designed for nurses. Everything in the Services — including burnout self-assessments, recovery scores, personalized wellness care plans, meditation and mindfulness content, journaling with AI reflections, AI voice check-ins, community features, podcast episodes, articles, and travel or wellness suggestions — is provided for general wellness, educational, and self-awareness purposes only.
About our assessments: This assessment is designed to help you reflect on your current level of stress and burnout. It is not a medical diagnosis, mental health evaluation, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Your assessment results, recovery scores, and care plans are reflective tools. They are meant to help you notice patterns, build supportive habits, and care for yourself — not to label, diagnose, or evaluate you in any clinical sense.
Not Medical or Mental-Health Advice
Nurse Moves is not a medical device, not therapy, and not a healthcare provider. Nothing in the Services constitutes medical advice, mental-health advice, psychological or psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. This is true even where content is written by or with the input of nurses or other healthcare professionals.
- Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read, heard, or experienced in the Services.
- Always consult a qualified physician, mental-health professional, or other licensed provider with any questions about a medical or mental-health condition.
- If you are currently receiving care, do not change or stop any treatment based on content from Nurse Moves without speaking to your provider first.
AI-generated content in the Services — including journal reflections and voice check-in responses — is produced by automated systems. It can be imperfect or incomplete, and it should never be treated as professional guidance.
Not an Emergency Service
The Services are not designed for, and must not be relied upon in, emergencies or crisis situations. Nurse Moves does not monitor your entries, check-ins, or community posts in real time, and we cannot dispatch help.

No Professional Relationship
Using the Services does not create a nurse-patient, provider-patient, therapist-client, or any other professional or fiduciary relationship between you and Nurse Moves LLC, its founders, team members, contributors, or community members. Encouragement, peer support, and shared experiences within the app — including in the community feed and podcast — are offered in a spirit of solidarity, not as professional care.
Individual Results Vary
Wellbeing is personal. The practices, care plans, and suggestions in the Services may help many people, but we make no promises about specific outcomes. Your experience will depend on your circumstances, health, environment, and many factors outside our control. Recovery scores and progress indicators reflect your self-reported inputs over time — they are not measurements of clinical health.

The Services may include links to third-party websites, resources, retreats, travel options, products, or services, as well as content contributed by community members and guests. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and a link or mention is not an endorsement. Your use of any third-party website or service is at your own risk and subject to that party's own terms and policies.

Content in the Services — including articles, podcast episodes, and professional-growth resources — is general information only. It is not career, employment, financial, or legal advice.
