Nurse burnout is no longer just a wellness issue. It's a healthcare workforce crisis.
We exist to transform how healthcare supports nurses. Through the Nurse Moves Burnout Prevention & Recovery System, we support nurses every day — not just when they're in crisis.

Nurse burnout isn't a personal weakness. It's a healthcare workforce reality.
Burnout isn't solved by asking nurses to simply be stronger. It improves when we create meaningful support around them. Nurses care for others every day. They deserve systems that care for them, too.

When we care for nurses, we strengthen the future of healthcare.
More than an app.
A movement for nurses.
At Nurse Moves, we believe nurses deserve more than encouragement — they deserve meaningful support. We combine practical tools, trusted resources, and a nurse-centered community to help prevent burnout, support recovery, and strengthen the future of healthcare.
Built by a nurse who has lived it.
With more than 30 years of nursing experience, Jacquelyne Underwood, RN, MSN, has served across multiple levels of healthcare — from bedside care to executive leadership. Throughout her career, she witnessed the physical, emotional, and mental toll burnout takes on nurses. She also experienced nurse burnout personally.
That experience gave her more than an understanding of the problem — it gave her a personal commitment to become part of the solution. Rather than accepting burnout as an unavoidable part of nursing, she created Nurse Moves, a nurse-centered company dedicated to helping nurses prevent burnout, recover with purpose, and continue doing the work they love.
“I didn't create Nurse Moves only because I witnessed burnout in other nurses. I created it because I lived it — and I knew nurses deserved better.” — Jacquelyne Underwood, RN, MSN · Founder & CEO, Nurse Moves, LLC
